Shipping
- Free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
- We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside the U.S. yet. If you’re outside the lower 48, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order, especially anything personalized. Orders generally ship within 5 to 7 business days, though timing can vary. We do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as we can. Custom projects get their own timeline when we quote them.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
Personalized items
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake. Please double-check spelling, colors and options before you order. We engrave exactly what you enter.
Items without personalization
Items without personalization can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. The buyer pays return shipping.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email support@olsencreations.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order until we start making it. Contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to post them.
